Brian Deacon entered the residential property arena in 1982, opening an independent Estate Agency in Wiltshire.  The business flourished, handling volume new home sales for a range of national housebuilders. The expansion from the Wiltshire base across South West England elevated Brian Deacon to be an expert in his field.

After joining a private house builder in the early 1990s, Brian was later recruited by Redrow Homes. He worked for over six years as part of the team that took the South Wales and South West regions through their formative years, serving as Sales Director.  He later went on to head Sales & Marketing in the South West for Wilson Connolly and Bovis Homes.

With broad knowledge and strong experience of marketing coupled with a full understanding of the demands of selling in very different market conditions, Brian established his Consultancy Business. It delivers business improvement strategies and support wherever Sales & Marketing is a priority including specialist training for management, sales and customer facing teams.

It has a growing client base, both in house building and property sales as well as other diverse sectors.
